Shipping, Returns, & Exchange Policy


Generally most of our orders will ship within 48 hours. In some cases this may take longer, especially when it comes to custom orders. We will utilize your email provided on checkout to stay in communication with you if we foresee any delays or if your order might take longer than usual to process. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received communication from us in a while.

Payment Options

We currently accept payment via all major Credit Cards as well as Paypal. We do not retain credit card information, and all sensitive information is processed by our payment processor Stripe.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges:
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

In most circumstances, we don’t accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is recommended you pay for a tracked shipping method to verify when it has been delivered. We will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee within 3 Business days of receipt of the return. It may take an additional 7-10 business days to see your refund depending on your financial institution.
